Everything B2B clients ask before mobilising
Straight answers on qualifications, insurance, rates, notice periods and where we cover — no sales fluff.
Compliance
Are your staff CSCS/CISRS and SIA verified?+
Yes. Every construction operative holds a valid CSCS card (CISRS where relevant) and every security officer holds a current SIA licence. We share proof of qualifications within 24 hours of any request.
What insurance cover do you carry?+
£5m Employer's Liability and £1m Public Liability, both in force. Certificates are available on request before mobilisation.
How do you handle safety briefings and PPE?+
We run weekly toolbox briefings and issue and check PPE before deployment. Site-specific inductions are attended before any operative starts work.
Rates & billing
How are your rates structured?+
Rates are quoted per role, per shift and depend on qualification level, location, and shift pattern. There are no agency mark-ups or hidden fees — you see the hourly charge and the qualification bracket upfront.
What are your payment terms?+
Standard terms are 14 days from invoice for approved trade accounts. Timesheets are signed on site and shared weekly with the invoice.
Notice periods
How quickly can you mobilise staff?+
Urgent CSCS and SIA cover can typically be on site within 24–48 hours across the North of England. For larger crews or specialist qualifications we recommend 3–5 working days' notice.
What happens if a booked worker cannot attend?+
We operate a penalty-backed quality guarantee. If a worker is unsuitable or does not arrive with the correct qualifications, we replace them at no cost and credit the shift.
Coverage
Where do you operate?+
We mobilise staff UK-wide. Yorkshire, the North West, the Midlands and Greater London are our most active regions.
Do you supply both construction labour and security together?+
Yes. Many clients use us for a single point of contact across labour, security, and administrative/lead-generation support — reducing paperwork and vendor overhead.
