Modern Slavery & Anti-Bribery Statement
Shift Links Ltd, is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, bribery and corruption in every part of our operations and supply chain. This statement is maintained by our leadership team.
Our business
We supply CSCS/CISRS-qualified construction operatives and SIA-licensed security officers to UK clients including insulation contractors, construction firms and facilities operators across the UK.
Modern slavery — our controls
- Right-to-work checks on every operative before deployment.
- Verification of qualifications (CSCS, CISRS, SIA) with proof shared to clients within 24 hours on request.
- Direct payment to operatives — no chain of intermediary sub-agencies.
- Weekly Operations Manager site visits to spot signs of exploitation.
- A confidential channel for workers or clients to raise concerns.
Anti-bribery — our controls
- Zero tolerance of bribery, facilitation payments and kickbacks.
- Written contracts and transparent pricing for every client engagement.
- Gifts and hospitality kept modest, proportionate and recorded.
- Training for staff on the Bribery Act 2010 and our code of conduct.
Supply chain
We work with a small, known set of suppliers and require them to uphold the same standards. Any supplier failing to meet them is offboarded.
